Drumming
What are the details?
As a creative activity, drumming really exercises the brain, from requiring concentration, and co-ordination, to freely expressing your emotions through play. As you play, you are very much in the moment, and you don't think of anything else, so it's known for reducing anxieties and stress and therefore blood pressure. You're also giving your arms a great work out, and regular playing really tones and builds arm and shoulder muscles and helps posture.
